“Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice.”

“It is a very cute and simple place. It is an older house but very well maintained. A big yard gives you a buffer zone from the other houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Near the center of town. I hope to look forward to renting this home for my other visits to Grand Junction. Highly recommended.”

“Property was lovely and hosts were very nice. Shared some tasty eggs from their chickens. Cabin was quirky, and kitchen had all appliances, for a one night stay it would have been great to have some bulk cooking things like oil and such, I guess I misinterpreted fully stocked a bit, which is more on me. ”

We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. The toilet barely flushed & the shower water pressure & hot water didn’t really work. We almost called for maintenance help but knew we wouldn’t get a response.
