「Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. 「Everything was fantastic, 10 out of 10. The Shalet was spotless, it had a lovely wood fire and an electric heater. The rooms were all done in wood panelling, there was kitchen and laundry facilities and the spa bath was a lovely extra touch. Despite the rainy weather, we were very cosy and warm.」

It is good to enjoy home style foods, plus endless supply of Tasmania beers and whisky. The cottage and room is clean and modern. Stay there if you pass by the area. 」
