「Room (junior suite) was a good size room with decent amenities. Good hot shower and bed was comfy. Room service was great with the staff and food quality good. Would recommend :) 」

「An amazing location with our room overlooking the ocean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We used the complimentary kayaks and paddled out to the nearest island, rented a scooter and went snorkeling and hung out at the town square, Alu-Alu. Had some very fresh lobster, shrimp and squid. The room was fantastic. 」

「We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. For sure I will never reserve rooms in CasaVelion! 」

「We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel seemed more to be of a borderline 4 star, definitely not 5 stars. Wallpaper was tearing off in one of the rooms. In the other room, the bedsheet had blood stains on it. Additionally, there was an unbearable smell in the room, and the A/C was broken. It was also hard to sleep as the room was not very sound proof. We could hear cars and motorcycles from the rooms. We checked in around 9pm and had to wait until 4am before they were willing to give us a...

Overrated, would not recommend it to friends

"We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel seemed more to be of a borderline 4 star, definitely not 5 stars. Wallpaper was tearing off in one of the rooms. In the other room, the bedsheet had blood stains on it. Additionally, there was an unbearable smell in the room, and the A/C was broken. We checked in around 9pm and had to wait until 4am before they were willing to give us a new room. Definitely will not be going back!"
