"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. For sure I will never reserve rooms in CasaVelion! "

"Ruang breakfast sangat kecil, terutama waktu saya menginap bertabrakan dg agenda meeting salah satu perusahaan yang menginap 1 hotel juga. Saya turun jam 8 pagi, dan saya terpaksa harus kembali ke kamar tidur karena semua kursi terisi penuh oleh tamu hotel. Salah satu staff wanita di ruang breakfast yang berkacamata, terus saja memgambil piring2 di meja tanpa bertanya terlebih dahulu apakah sudah selesai atau belum. Permisi hanya pertama, setelah itu terus ambil piring2 di meja dengan tidak ada...

"Lovely hotel, always use the Gumuya Tower when staying in Semerang, good location, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, gym and a pool. If you can get an upgrade to the executive floor you can use the facilities on floor 16 & 17 for free."
