Hotel staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Kai deluxe ocean view room (new wing) is very clean, modern, spacious and quiet. The windows are excellent so you don’t hear the live music playing below in the pool bar area. Amazing ocean view. Can see sunsets from the balcony. Pickleball courts were new and fun to use/play and they provide equipment too. Beach is directly across the street. Walking distance to ABC store and other local places to eat. Resort provides a free shuttle service...
