「For the exorbitant price of the hotel, the breakfast was extremely poor. Only a few pieces of bread, no cream cheese for the few bagels. No attention was paid to a family of children that came in wearing only under pants and filling up their plates and leaving the breakfast room .」

「Staff when we checked in was great and helpful!
As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.」
