“This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd……

“I only had a short time at the hotel but I really appreciated the location just prior to my flight to Australia the next morning. The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There are local street markets that were interesting during a short walk. If I was staying longer I would have made use of the local train network with a nearby station. ”
