「This place is OK for an early morning arrival… Clean, comfy, but a bit stuffy. I stayed to save some money and not pay X3 for my next hotel…I Never got a phone number for a possible airport pickup. Taxi driver from airport was confused on where the hotel was, ready to drop me on the block to look for it myself, I made him circle around and finally found it, no obvious markings until you got close to it: Luckily the night watchman was sitting on a chair in their driveway. 「My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

「I was doing late check in after my international flight reachhed there after midnight, this hotel sold my room to someone else, and left me stranded in middle of night, heavy rain, lots of guant mosquitoes, on the street. The hotel staff told they never received my booking. After expedia support personnel talked to them trying to fix, the hotel person acted as if voice was breaking and hung up on expedia people. Later this hotel gave me one room with additional charges for 6 hours, instead of 24...

「I wish I could give zero stars. My stay at [admilal ] was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. • Cleanliness: The room was filthy upon arrival. There was a thick layer of dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and a strange, musty odor lingering throughout. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the corners and poor ventilation. • Service: The front desk staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of apologizing or offering a room...
