Room was huge, palatial might be more accurate ! Entry hall, a sitting room too, big bathroom and very quiet ; bed was super comfy and linen equally wonderful...best sleep. Staff were equally great, engaging and happy to assist. It's very close to the airport, right across the street ; free shuttle should be offered (we were ripped off by taxi company, $12 U.S for a - gee - five minute drive). Metro station close by too.

All the amenities, food, etc. were very good, but what stood out for me were the staff. The managers, chefs, and waiters, staff in the lobby, housekeeping and people at the entrance - all greeted one with a smile and namaste. I was helped when climbing steps, the Concierge and security helped me locate a missing file. Everywhere there was a feeling of genuine kindness and care and efficiency. When leaving I was told I would be missed. When I was sick, they sent me khichri. They created such a warm friendly environment that I never felt lonely. Thank you for training your staff so well. I was there for 24 nights and did not have a single complaint thank you ITC Maratha for giving me such a memorable and HAPPY stay. Annette

The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended.
