“Room was spotless bedding was nice and clean fresh towels waiting for me as well as fresh packaged toiletries I would also like to say how impressed I was with the customer service from the front desk as I bought a new phone yesterday and as it was Christmas Eve I did not have a phone block for my charger cord the woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to charge my cell phone so I had it for today”

“I recently stayed at the Red Roof in Norwich and was genuinely impressed. I previously stayed at the Hilton/Hampton nearby for nearly $200 a night, but this was half the cost and honestly a much better experience. The room was nicer, the property was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for excellent value without sacrificing quality, this is the spot. 10/5 stars.”
