「Accountable staff and very well maintained property」

「The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good」

「The property is very convient to the area resteraunts and stores. It is alos conveinient to the sunshine Fairgrounds. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room needed minor maintainance while I was there and that was done immediately with no fuss. The only issue I had was that the rooms could use a " facelift". Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area makes terrible coffee. There's a machine in the room however, which makes great coffe, you just need to get cream and sugar...

「Very clean, nobody staff at all on Sundays and Mondays so nobody is there. Bad cellar service but good WiFi. Very very clean room and Bach room no complaints would definitely go back there again」

「There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!」

「The staff was SO nice here and they really made us feel welcome. They gave us a room location on the second floor where we could easily see beautiful Lake Otsego, and the room itself was clean and neat. While the accommodations were a bit dated (it's an older motel) the owners had provided modern touches like soap dispensers on the shower wall and a nice tv. We would for sure stay here again!」

「I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

「The Inn provides comfortable rooms and both indoor and outdoor places to relax. Relatively steep stairs are required to access the rooms. Walking distance for numerous Cooperstown attractions, restaurants, and shops.」

「The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but parking is a pain. They need to paint lines. The instructions they give are to "park diagonally" but without lines in the tight parking area, people park like idiots and if you are last in, you'll have to park elsewhere. Both nights I stayed, I couldn't park in front of my unit because people park all over the place or even across 2-3 units. Everything else was fine.」

「I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.」
