“Pool closed during spring break. Hallway floors and elevator not very clean ”

“I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU”

“Front counter was very nice however staffing seemed indicate front counter guy was running around doing many things. Breakfast needed more variety.”

“The from desk had a line out the door and people yell for someone to come help with no staff to be seen. The reservation info did not match my receipt that the hotel had. The place smelled like smoke. Every floor. And they tried to charge additions fees and deposits not stated and in large amounts that the $6 on my receipt. Guy at counter was rude. They tried to charge over $60 in fees. The room was like they pulled the sheets up and called it clean. Toilet stuff floating that looked like……

“There was no breakfast, it reeked of animal urine and cigarette smoke I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty it was not clean the floor was sticky, and the second room there was still stains on the walls everywhere that could have been cleaned up mold all around the mirror mold in the bathroom sink questionable white powder remarks on the mirror. Would not recommend!! there was no breakfast either day I was there!”

“Breakfast selection was minimal and not great; watery eggs and thin bacon that didn’t look done, no other sides. My king bed had 4 mini pillows like for your sofa! When asked to replace them, they said that they didn’t have any more pillows. I will not be returning there! ”

“Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. ”

“It’s okay to stay motel for the convenience of the location and price ”

“1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.”
