「Great location. 10 min drive to everything touristy. Cute place. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Well stocked but was without coffee. It felt like home but nicer than mine. Our stay was very short so didn't use laundry facility, nor did we the need to contact owner.」

「My family and I (3 of us) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was very clean, check in was a breeze, and the host was easy to communicate with. The location was fantastic and every morning we walked to a wonderful coffee house for breakfast (Santos). I definitely recommend.」

「House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍」

「Close to Little Italy and to my daughter’s place. So that was nice. Farmers market and all the places to eat at were amazing. Daily runs to the pier. Some real steep hills though toward Balboa. Otherwise great location except for the noise when sitting out in the back but enjoyed watching the aircraft at the airport.」

「Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels too」

「Overall the property is great! We really enjoyed our stay here. Things are near but not super close. If you enjoy walking, you'll be fine, but if that's not for you, rent a car or use public transportation, which is a little ways of a walk. The location is great for most everything you'd want to do though. I'd recommend this place for sure. 」
