「Good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Air con/heating. Convenient store on corner. This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a floor of a building converted into rooms. This did not bother us. We had noisy neighbours one night which may indicate thin walls. Take ear plugs.」

「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. 「Oda temizdi ,personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı ancak kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapılmış olmasına rağmen buzdolabına bırakılan soğuk kahvaltı beklentimiz değildi ,ekmek yoktu paketli etimek vardı,gayet yetersizdi.
Ben bu oteli özellikle kahvaltısı var diye tercih etmiştim ama maalesef extradan kahvaltıyı dışarda yapmak zorunda kaldık.Kahvaltıyı listeden çıkartmalısınız diye düşünüyorum.」
