1. Toilet has strong foul smell from the drainage.
2. Bed was too hard to sleep on.
3. Air-con did not work. I tried to work in the room around lunch, I felt nausea and dizzy. The feeling was gone after going outside.
4. Shower water was lake warm during morning peak hours.
5. Bed was made but other necessities were not refilled, such as toilet rolls, towels. I called three times and waited 24 hours to……
