“When we booked our room, we specifically booked it because of a third member of the family coming with us so the hide-a-bed couch was a must. There were no bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go back to the desk and request it, to which they handed me a clear bag with the sheets, comforter and pillow in it. Also, the room’s bathroom door would close but not latch. That was annoying. Lastly, there were two rolls of toilet paper both of which were over half used. Luckily, we brought our own. The……

“Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again.”

“A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they……

“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because……

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?……
