「Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.」

「The property owner was really helpful and very graceful. It was very easy to check into the property and also check out. Best part it is only about 45 minutes from Haneda Airport and near the the train station. The aircon was comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is priced very fairly.」

「Amazing location!! An easy walk from the train station and the rooftop deck view of the Tokyo Tower is not to be believed! There are a total of 4 beds…one double in the living room, a couch that converts to a double bed and two twin/single beds in a separate room with a door. We used the futon mat in the closet to make one more bed on the floor. Shower and laundry facilities are excellent! It was a wonderful stay!」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit...
