「Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.」

「This was a 10/10 hotel in every way! - Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu - It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late. - The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. - There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave. 「Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.」

「While the price was relatively low for a 3-night stay, I was overall disappointed with this one. The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival.
