“Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion ”

“We had a great stay and felt the apartment was exactly as described. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space. We were 2 adults and had enough room for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient for us. The closest station was only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and even the farthest station was only around a 12-minute walk. We used multiple nearby stations depending on……

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. “Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”
