"We loved the condo! It was very clean when we arrived. With three bedrooms and a big kitchen and common area, there was a lot of space (for a Tokyo apartment, at least) for us and our two teens. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to two metro stations. Our kids loved going to Shibuya and Harajuku, just a short metro ride away. Was also just a short walk to Akasaka Guest House, and we went running around the two-mile loop there a few times. Much better than staying in a hotel!"

"We stayed for a week. It was exactly as described with plenty of amenities and supplies. Great communication with the property manager prior to and during our stay. "This hotel… while convenient located in the heart of Shinjuku, it is also in the heart of “services” that one might not be want to be part of (iykyk) - the hotel itself is just ok, nothing to brag about, and the Godzilla head is just an addition to it, we were not allowed to go outside to the terrace to take pictures, not sure if it’s just not open or bc of the weather. The room are super small, and while they are definitely clean, it is a challenge to get the bags open and get your items in and out of them. Toiletries were available and this came handy when our bags did not arrive on time bc of the airline. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel is just ok, if you are traveling with children, Shinjuku is know for the “Golden Gai” bars and they are not shy about them, be aware, they are not at all in your face but you do see things every where. The hotel is a short walk to most stations and McDonald’s, Starbucks and Krispy Kreme were a short distance as well! Safe travels! "

"This hotel is located in the middle of a green space which is nice in terms of quiet and being in a place that feels separated from the city. That being said, there are no 7-Eleven or convenience store close by, but a wonderful restaurant and wonderfully helpful staff and concierge."
