"飯店大門口處有避車彎，使上下車安全便利，也不用擔心下雨淋濕。大廳有多台自助辦理入住、退房的機器，不確定使用HOTELS.COM訂房是否也可以自助辦理入住，但退房是確定沒問題的，很迅速方便。我還是走人工櫃台辦理入住，服務人員親切且解說得很詳細，英文流利，也提供了住客享有的飯店餐廳優惠券。總共有六台電梯，依據高低樓層分流，等候的時間不會太長。客房內乾淨舒適，且已提供簡易備品。三床房型的空間，不算大也不算小，住一晚是沒有問題的。浴室和廁所在同一間，沒有乾濕分離，只有浴簾擋水，是屬於比較舊式陽春的類型，但清潔度沒有問題。淋浴水壓充足，但印象中溫度會有一些忽冷忽熱，整體來說還算舒適。一樓大廳與SUNSHINE CITY連通，不用擔心天氣問題，可以非常簡單輕鬆的往返逛街。一樓有似乎是24小時的FAMILY MART便利商店。退房日在SUNSHINE CITY逛街後，將戰利品放在一樓投幣式置物櫃，再轉戰其他商店，走回來取物後，叫車且上車處設定在飯店，車子就會熟門熟路的開到飯店大門口，在避車彎舒適的上車，非常完美。"

"這次入住的是位於錦系町站附近的東京黎凡特東武酒店，這間酒店雖然不算新穎，但各方面都保持得很好，看起來都很豪華。酒店房間內打掃得很乾淨，日用品不算很齊全，但大部份都有提供的。這次入住的房間是有塔景的，在房間內就能拍到漂亮的晴空塔，而且角度還相當不錯，真的建議花多少少錢選擇有塔景的房間！至於早餐方面就比較遜色，只有現煮奄列比較出色，其他食物都只是一般般，如果我再次入住的話，就未必會加購早餐了。這間酒店整體來說是相當不錯，由於酒店接近錦系町站，所以去東京很多地方都非常方便，包括東京、新宿、橫濱等等，這就是這間酒店的地理優勢，所以這間酒店我也是推薦的！"

東京丸之內都市大飯店

"The location of the hotel is super close to Tokyo Station, going anywhere in tokyo became much easier. The room is not as spacious as I expected, definitely try a bigger room next time. The view is unbeatable, the hotel locate exactly the north of all the tracks, giving u an excellent view at day and night. Bed is fantastic along with the pillow, I myself often have sleep issue and I bring along with my personal pillow when travel, but this hotel's bed and pillow just fit right in, thx for the good sleep!! The blanket is something have to compliant, I think the isolation layer is too good so half way in the night I sweat alot, end up I turn up the temperature and not using the blanket then no sweat again. Washing machine is nice to have but the clock on the machine is not showing correctly, at the beginning the machine said counting down for 200 minutes, 5 minute later, it still say 200 minutes, not sure why it take so long to activate, but it complete its job. The hallway is way too dark, i hope it light up better, however the smell of the hallway is fantastic, I like that. The walking distance is far from the elevator to your room if your room located at the south side of the building. Customer service are great, people at the front desk are super helpful and cleaner of each floor are super polite. All in all i recommend this hotel, stay ing at tokyo station and everywhere became closer, your schedule and plans becomes much managable and fruitful."
