The air conditioner didn’t control the temperature so I had to manually turn it on and off. It was loud and I heard doors slamming and people moving around all night. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone!」

「The room was way to hot, the ac didn't work and when I tried to call down to the front desk the phone didn't work either, the blinds were broke I couldn't close them or open them, I was able to open the window for a little air. So I was unable to sleep from the heat and then the light from the street lights shining into the room and unable to close the blinds. The towels were dingey and dirty looking. The staff was nice, the check in process was long and time consuming after a very long day at...
