「I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!」

「If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio.
