"Very quiet country like Villas, secluded, secured parking. The rooms have bunk beds which increases the bed count with larger rooms that fit up to 7. The hotel is near the animal refuge and some great local restaurants, if you are driving."

"Except for a young lady at the front at time of check in it was 1:50pm and I asked for f we can check in and she said at around 2:20-2:30 and I was fine with that till I saw so many couples checking in and they were never told no. I stayed right in front of her and she never said anything to me till I approached her at 2:30pm and she said I think I can do it now but a young guy jumped in and gave me the room in less that 5 minutes. She was never rude but that is not acceptable if the rooms are available even if I needed to pay extra! She even made my mother wait till then and my mom arrived at 9am but they had rooms available cause the hotel is not even full"

"Very nice, subdued hotel. Nice pool, restaurant, and fantastic breakfast buffet every day.
If you are driving, parking was very
easy.
Side note, be aware that traffic can be really horrendous on the freeways and such."
"Everything was pristine clean, comfortable, quiet, great shower! The staff were friendly and always helped me and I found what I needed. With only a few hours to explore, front desk staff helped me with recommendations, which I followed and appreciated! Food was fantastic! Thank you to all the staff! "
"Radisson San Jose Costa Rica is always a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and always very helpful from the highest level of management to the housekeeping. We stay there often and the hotel is always clean, well organized with big rooms and good breakfast buffet. "
"Has a lot of amenities. There’s a bar, pool, souvenir shop, gym, and two restaurants. However, the front desk just checks you in and you have to figure your way around the hotel or ask. The property is well kept. "
