「We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.」

「I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. 「Extremely clean home. Updated, very nice. Certainly a home away from home. The neighborhood is kind of a typical older Central Florida neighborhood. The backyard area is fantastic, the deck is great. The cow trough pool was a super big hit with my autistic son. My husband actually wants to create the same scenario here at our home! The beds were very comfortable. There are pots and pans but they are very used and scratched up so if you plan to cook a lot you might want to bring some of your own....

「The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter.」
