"Terrific staff. Very very helpful with all questions. Room was clean. I would call this a boutique hotel with charming architecture. The breakfast was the usual- cereal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, cheeses, sliced meats, etc. The location is perfect for access to funicular, stairs to Old City, tour bus start location, museum. I was not a fan of the bathroom sink design. I do not like a sink without a cabinet. This does have a shelf above the sink but for me it doesn’t cut it. A really nice restaurant exists on the lobby level. Best of all is the staff and location."

"Location was amazing - junior suite was spacious and comfortable. jetted tub was great (and heated floors). Just needed some coffee maker instructions and some herbal tea in the room :)"

"The location was fantastic, and a very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The breakfast is excellent; the woman attending the breakfast was very encouraging to try things and make sure you knew all the available offerings. The room was absolutely spotless."
