Le Capitole Hôtel

"My wife travel a fair amount. Our stay at Le Capitole has been one of the best experiences in recent memory. The hallways, the rooms, the exterior and grand entranceway were incredible. My said it’s the most beautiful hotel she has stayed in. The staff are top notch. A front desk employee (Lina) actually walked us to our room. I’ve never experienced this. 5 stars for Le Capitole….."

"The room couldn’t have been better. We were very comfortable each day of our stay. We were entertained by “Suzanne” and asked her to direct us to the commissary, which she did. She added a delightful surprise to our stay at the hotel. Also, when we informed the front desk that we needed more toilet tissue, they acted on our request immediately. When we mentioned that the water dispenser wasn’t working, the contacted a technician right away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Quebec."

"Such a lovely place to stay in Quebec City! Especially if you have one of the rooms that looks out on the peaceful green park and a distant view of the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The place is in a very quiet location, yet close to all the things you'd want to go to (right across a street from the Chateau Frontenac). One two little issues, both of which are resolvable. The air conditioning cannot be individually controlled and it was sometimes too cold for us. We resolved that by turning it off for awhile, then turning it back on if needed. The other thing was that the red wine in the wine dispenser was terrible (in our opinion)...and was refrigerated. We solved that by buying a bottle of wine at the cute little grocery store a block away. We loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec!"
