“Tout était parfait. L'équipe est très accueillante et le cadre est magnifique. J'aime l'idée d'inclusion et cet hotel la représente parfaitement.”

“Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire que j’ai dû relancer 3 fois et appeler pour obtenir ma facture. Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. Il aurait été pertinent de vérifier avant de me faire une réponse erronée, m’obligeant à les relancer, être ignorée et devoir les rappeler. On m’indique que cela ne fait que 10 jours mais……

“I had a weekend booked here with my daughter. While waiting to board Eurostar I received a message saying to call them regarding my booking. (Why didnt you ring me) anyway I rang and was told there is a problem with our room and we can't stay and there are no more rooms available and someone will call in 5 minutes. No one rang. We still boarded our train and went straight to the hotel and was greeted by lady who was not very helpful, I don't speak French, she didn't speak English so had to use……

“Poor welcome no explanation there was no lift so left us wandering around. Charged card overnight didn’t add anything at all so clearly broken but not out of order. Place was a mess on arrival there was a kids room behind reception, mess spilling out. Room was fine only complaint was very small towels for kids. Worst part was breakfast, couldn’t eat because of the amount of bar flies all over everything, plates were so dirty enough to turn your stomach off eating. Avoid!!”

“We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!”

“Unfortunately the restaurant and bar is were closed as we arrived Sunday evening evening.”

“A cheap hotel, so please do not expect too much. Parking is easy, close to a super market if you need to buy something. The electric kettle in the room is terrible, I wonder if it was ever cleaned or not.”
