Great Quiet Cabin on Weiss Lake

3 Bedroom (one King size bed and two full size) / 2 Bath (1 shower and 1 tub /shower) Cabin with Sun-room overlooking Weiss Lake. Cabin includes a Living Room with separate Den / Kitchen. Central heat / air as well as additional gas heater in the den and an additional air conditioner & gas heater in the sun-room. There is a smart TV located in den. If you would like to use your Netflix account or other provider please log out when you leave. The cabin is two levels with 3 steps separating them - the upper level has the entry from the driveway as well as a living room, bedroom and bath. The lower level has two bedrooms, one bath, den / kitchen,sunroom and exit to back deck / pier.

Kitchen includes stove, dishwasher, microwave, and the all important coffee pot. Pots / pans and dishes and etc. -- it's pretty well stocked.

Cabin is equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience - detergent is not provided. (Towels & Linens are provided)

The cabin is pet friendly for well mannered fur babies - I do ask you pick up after them. There is a $50 charge for pets.

Cabin is very private and is located on open water with a pier. The water at the pier is approximately 8 feet at full pool.

The cabin has a circle driveway with parking for several vehicles. Driving around with a trailer is very tight - please message me if you have any questions.

There is no boat ramp on the property. The nearest boat ramp is at Bay Springs Marina (about 3 miles away) and there is a public boat ramp at Graves Landing (approx. 6 miles away).

A few housekeeping items -
The trash must be removed form the house at departure and placed in one of the cans at the front of the house.
Towels are to be placed in the floor of the bathrooms and used beds should be left unmade.
Please pick up after your pet. There are some neighborhood dogs that leave presents - you are not responsible for them :).
Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on - dishwasher tablets are under the sink.
You will be provided with an initial supply of paper towels in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices (there are some but Ido not guarantee them to be what you want), dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
