“Always an awesome family place!!”

“The back porch is in need of a deep clean and the furniture could use new cushions. One swivel chair is completely broken and you’ll fall through if you sit in it. The pots and pans all need to be replaced (they did bring us 2 while we were there). There are several poison ivy/oak plants in the yard ( they did come a clip them) so be careful because they will grow back. The location is great, the dock is great and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host is quick.”

“Nice property. Easy to communicate with the hosts”

“Amazing property. Clean and well maintained with lots of nice additional touches. From the yard games, s'mores, coffee and even the toothbrushes with mini toothpaste. Property owners thought of every little detail. Even books, games, and extra phone chargers. Our favorite spot was stargazing from the hammocks on the top deck.”

“Very clean..quite neighborhood would stay again”

“The pictures do not do this place justice. Such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The treehouse is decorated so uniquely and beautiful. Little hidden gems everywhere. You truly have to see it to understand. The chandelier, the light fixtures, the shower, the bridge, each one of the 3 decks is unique. We were just so tickled with everything. There were even Happy Birthday Balloons waiting for my hubby when we walked in the door. Oh and everything to make s'mores. We will definitely be staying there……

“These 2 studios were a great addition to our Thanksgiving Family Reunion at Magnolia Overlook! Beautiful design and furnishings. Well stocked! Overlooking the pool with a game/bonus room underneath! Easy communication with host!”

“If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot……

“Very clean room! Would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful place. Quiet location. Definitely worth the stay”

“Adorable house that feels like home with plenty of space for friends or family. When I reached out to the host they responded in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is CLEAN! There is plenty of things to do nearby to stay busy but I enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch listening to birds. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.!”

“The place was exactly what we needed. I loved that it was pet friendly. The host was very kind when we had to change our reservation dates at the last minute. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We left an item when we vacated the premises and received a message from the cleaners, and we were able to retrieve the item before we left tow. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“It was a cute house! We even saw a deer in the front yard! Just a helpful tip if you are 5'2 or shorter ask for a step stool for the bedroom. But all in all it was just what we needed! Thank you for letting us stay at your home!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. ”

“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”
