“I really liked the location. The location would be the main reason I would stay there again. Narrow cobblestone street near cafes and restaurants. Felt relatively safe. “I was attending the IPSA World Congress held at the Catholic University of Argentina. Hotel Chipre is about a 15 minute walk from campus as well as other points of interest such as the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, and Casa Rosada.
