「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Ich war jetzt zum wiederholten Mal in der Residence (dieses Mal 5 Tage), es war jedesmal ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit Küche sehr sauber, alles bestens eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Ruhige Umgebung, tadellose Klimatisierung und großzügiges Parkangebot. Wir sehen uns wieder.」

「Everthing good」

「I think I must have got the best deal for accommodation in Verona! This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street).」
