Biggest room I can see in Verona

The service are very cosy. The front staff Marco and et. la. speaks very good English and respond to our emails before check-in very promptly. They offer very good advise on how to move around the city and also our not-so-common request of looking for good place to buy wine and grocery. They really know the city. It's very close to the shopping street and you can feel the holiday mood from day to night. Nice atmosphere. Big room (at a price), only that finding a place to park your car is a little problem. But the surrounding are great for tourist as lazy as us. The arena is just next to us, shopping and the river are close by. I can't ask for more. On the negative side: the price is a bit steep. And they can improve the cleaning a bit more e.g. we found a little coffee stink left on the mug. And the espresso machine do not work (leaking water from below). Quite Italian, not perfect, but you can still find something else to enjoy regardless.

We spent 2 nights at the Escalus Luxury Suites, our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable, with high end furniture and bedding, and the staff was super pleasant and attentive. In addition, the location is great to reach everything in the città antica. I recommend!

Cristina the Reception Colleague who welcomed us made our stay! We stay at over seventy hotels a year and she was one of the best ever! Warm smile, patient even when it was super busy, and proactively provided lival area tourist suggestions and a map!

Probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed at internationally. The room was large, with a family room, dining area and bedroom. The in house breakfast experience was like royalty. They enter your room at your selected time, set your dining table and serve the breakfast you requested. Amazing!! The front desk was very nice and multilingual. They have reasonable laundry service available. WiFi was fast and included. The luggage aids were very helpful. This hotel was in a perfect location to walk anywhere in Verona. A very short walk to the opera arena. There are a large variety of food options and bars nearby. The train station is about 20 minutes walking. A scenic walk so it goes by quickly. I did not have a vehicle, so cannot remark on parking. I don’t believe there was a swimming pool. Either way, I highly recommend this hotel. Upon my return to Verona, I will definitely return here.

Was very pleased with my stay and the attentiveness of the front desk, they helped with recommendations around the city as well as restaurant reservations. The only negative is that my specific room was facing a busy street so noise was on the higher level.

We are a family of four. This hotel is perfectly located in the city centre. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Good shower! My only criticism’s would be that noise does seem to travel through the floors, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear people coming and going, but it is a very old building so it’s to be expected. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent. Great breakfast service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The trouble is that the room overlooks the main, busiest, loudest street in the city center. If you’re going to party till 2am you won’t mind. If you are hoping for a good night’s sleep you need to know that even noise canceling headphones didn’t quite work.

Di Luxury niente. Non consigliato

Di positivo camera spaziosa e le ragazze molto gentili. Per il resto ho soggiornato di sabato nella stanza al primo piano ed è impossibile riposare. Troppo rumore! Infissi vecchi e scadenti per non parlare del resto che per la cifra spesa di Luxury non c'è niente. Meglio scegliere un altro hotel e fare 2 passi. Esperienza negativa , non consiglio
