「Staff: All helpful and friendly. Room: (1) Curtains need replaced. Noticed in 2 of 2 rooms seen. (2) Bathroom vent did not work. Main bathroom light did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Fitness Center: 1 of 2 treadmills did not work. Operating treadmill noisy, as if near failure. Overall: Facility needs to be on a five year renovation schedule of rotational rooms undergoing perpetual upgrades. Also need a maintenance team. Suggestion: Local manager work with the local high school vocational...

「Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

「The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!」

「I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...

Cockroaches all over, nothing was wiped down, blood and human feces on the walls and floor. Expedia should take this off as an option. Pictures are deceiving for this advertisement. Expedia should not partner with them.」

「I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.」
