This was a very unique hotel. The interior has a layout like a south florida motel with a roof on it. Glass doors from your room directly to the pool area.

Nice hotel, easy to get in and out. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast bar was ok, pool area was clean and kids play area was great. Will stay here again when in Coldwater.

The only inconvenience was I made the reservation for double bed rooms and they give me a one bed . But I went back to the front desk and I told him I make the reservation with 2 beds and first he told me I have to get in contact with expidia and I told him no I show him the reservation and then he told me he changed it to 2 beds .

The room was filthy, drawer was broken, small hole in the wall, bathroom had hair all over it, toilet paper with who knows what left in the bowl and felt dirty after a shower. Would not recommend to anyone especially for the price they are asking per night!

Room was very humid, pillows were wet due to humidity. Was not clean and very uncomfortable to be in. Bugs in room, stay was not good and checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable and dirty it was

-No one at the front desk or in the lobby to check in for over 30 mins -Room was dirty -Dryer sheets stuck in the vents and behind the bed to mask a smell -When I called to notify the hotel of the condition of the room and request a refund, the staff member stated there was no one to speak to until the following Monday - the day I called was Wednesday. Then the staff member hung up on me
