「This accommodation was perfect. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to see old Rome -- it is in the middle of everything! I had to buy a moka pot for my stay, but fortunately there are many places to buy within a block or two. I also do not enjoy cleaning someone else's coffee, so it was positive. 「Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...

「Communication needs to be better, mainly because the check in is not at the property address but at the hotel that is 6 min walk from there. An email prior to arrival with instructions would have been extremely helpful. The area is safe, one min to Sta Maria Maggiori, 5 min to Termini... excellent for public transport and also to walk - most important landmarks are 20-25 min away. 」
