“The room was clean. When my friend and I arrived, there was only one bed. We notified staff and they quickly fixed the situation by separating the king bed into two beds. It was great having a balcony! Staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The one thing that was bothersome was the shower....it leaked. Finally got it figured out the last day that the shower has to be used very close to your body ... Hard to do when washing hair. Overall it was a good……

“No window in the bedroom and bathroom of the 4th attic room. Feel stuffy. Have to turn off the air cond when sleeping since it faces directly to the bed.”

“普通”

“The facility is secure and clean Close to restaurant and shops very convenient and quiet”

“Ottimo b&b, pulito e appena ristrutturato, i ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono gentilissimi, colazione portata direttamente in camera e ordinata la sera prima con tutto quello che si vuole, fantastica!”

“La habitación me encantó, la atención del encargado excelente. Muy cerca del transporte público, se ubica en un área muy agradable. Sugiero que en el desayuno incluyan alimentos salados y algo caliente Todo lo demás totalmente satisfecha”

“Staff was outstanding and promptly answered all my questions asked through WhatsApp. Knowing they were there to help if needed removed a lot of stress. We messaged when we arrived early and were welcomed in right away to leave our luggage until the room was ready. The room was really nice and spacious. Would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes but the luggage open closet sufficed. King size bed was an absolute treat! I would definitely stay there again.”

“Annarita was very helpful with accessing the property and explaining how the property works. Also, very helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and suggestions of things to do. All in all a very lovely property with easy access to the rest of this beautiful city.”

“Close to Metro station Lepanto. Very nice service. It's on the first floor, might hear the people on the street.”

“First thing to manage expectations: this is not a traditional hotel with staff and check in. It is very clean, private and located near the Vatican and other sites. The building is a charming hodge podge of corridors and elevators, with the elevator 3 leading to the rooms. Rather than paying attention to instructions, I wandered up stairways 1 and 2 before realizing I need to walk to the far back corner of the building. I learned quickly that the closet sized room next to the stairs was in……

“I very much enjoyed my stay at the Andenis Tiber House. The room was comfortable and clean, and staff were very helpful when a need arose via telephone and messaging.”

“A lovely bright spacious room, decorated in red. Cleaned daily. Big bed and sofa. We both slept well. After a mix up on the first day with no breakfast, we enjoyed breakfast the days after. The shower is amazing with body jets etc but the enclosure is quite small! Location was great, short walk to Vatican and St Peters Square where we got the hop on and off bus. We took the bus no30 to the colloseum on our first day. Best thing is Giocomelli restaurant round the corner. Service and food……

“客房非常乾淨，供應齊全，員工素質好，英文很棒。”

“La habitación estaba muy ordenada y limpia, amable la persona que atendió mis dudas. El lugar y ubicación es muy tranquilo.”
