“Room was very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous, they all smile and seem genuinely happy to be there. Concierges are also very welcoming and happy to assist, Edwin was very good after a long day of travelling. Room was quiet and well placed with little disturbance and overall a very good hotel with a great position relative to all of the sites of Rome. ”

“This was our 7th or 8th stay and, once again, we said that this villa is a gem and our favorite place to stay in Italy. Quiet yet convenient location. Both the garden and interior are gorgeous — historic yet comfortable/warm. Comfortable rooms/beds and huge and well-appointed bathrooms. Nothing better than to sit fireside after dinner in the beautiful library. The kitchen staff are just terrific. Breakfast is delicious and the dining room lovely. The front desk is always welcoming and……

“La ubicación es un 10 estrellas, practicamente sobre el foro. El desayuno es completo, variedad de frutas, hortalizas, quesos, fiambres, bolleria, café, jugos... muy bueno para comenzar el dia. La atención fue muy amable, servicial y atentos a los detalles. El único inconveniente es que nos tocó habitación hacia el frente en el primer piso, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle a partir de las 6.30/7 de la mañana. Funcionó como un despertador para nosotros ;) pero lamentablemente no……

“1. The hotel is located by the wall of forum. We opened windows, we saw the wall. Feels like living in the live museum, very nice. 2. Neighborhood is very convinient, restaurants are everywhere. 3.Hotel room facilities are very neat and clean. Overall, very good stay in this hotel.”

Breakfast was the best we’ve had included in a hotel stay, fresh and varied for such a small property! Breakfast staff were wonderful, happily made us our “due cappuccini” twice every morning! Room was super clean, updated and comfortable. Great king sized bed!”
