「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. 「Had a great time at Burleigh court, staff and hotel are amazing and the food blew us away, would highly recommend to anyone look for a quiet retreat. Only downside is the facilities and needs a hot tub open all year round or a sauna. All opening back up in summer so will have to come back!! Highly recommend the Woodchester wine tour and the clay pigeon shooting!!!! Thanks to everyone that made our stay magical. James and Grace x」

「I was impressed with the staff and their enthusiasm. The hotel is a very impressive building although there was some decorating going on in some rooms during my stay. The only blemish during my stay was the television that a previous resident in the room had changed the settings and so it was not possible to get standard channels.」

「It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. 」

「This was my first visit to Chiseldon House having to find another place to regularly stay after the closure of a different hotel & I have already booked again. That in itself says it all. The staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. My room was spacious & overlooked the gardens with a delightful balcony, would be lovely in the warmer months. 」
