「THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN RANGE FOR THE MACHU PICCHU OR SACRED VALLEY TOURS. The hotel and staff was very sweet and helpful but I did specifically book the Torre Dorada because I was under the impression we could be picked up for our tours, hosted by Lima Tours, but I was informed then evening before by a guide we had to meet them in the main square. Be prepared to wake up earlier for these tours. Otherwise, the hotel itself was nice! The pictures show a set up bar on the upper terrace but there was...

「It was definitely our most wonderful experience in Peru. The free airport pick up service, friendly staff, live music show, clean and spacial room(they upgraded our room for free! What surprises me the most was the hot water bag hidden in our quilt. How thoughtful is that! 100/100 recommend especially considering the cheap price!! Would def come back next time. 」

「住宿的旅客多半都是要前往或由馬丘比丘返程的，所以即使是凌晨都聽得到開關房跟談話的聲音，但令人最在意的是浴室的水流會忽冷忽熱，在冬天這種季節，特地訂了有浴缸的房間，洗澡洗得很痛苦，連想泡個澡都無法實現，浴缸的出水口無法緊閉，這是令人非常失望的。」

「Good location very near the main square. Beautiful and cozy room. There’s even a jacuzzi. Very professional service from Angela/Harry/ the front desk team, trying to arrange and fulfill all our requests. They even offered us packed breakfast when I told them we plan to leave early for day trips. 「We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.」

「They offerred very spacious suite twin room with 4 double bed for us. Actually I booked and paid for twin room only. The room and bed was clean and comfort. The staff are very helpful and nice. Even I came back to collect my suitcases after checking out for 3 days, they still show their kindness and help. Also, very good breakfast was available.」
