「We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge.」

「早餐55sol 自助餐，很差没什么好吃的，就是现做的鸡蛋饼还可以。前台服务态度一般，酒店位置高，如果有高山反应的话更加厉害。打优步一般五、六元就可以到要去的地方，打车去火车站31sol去马丘比丘。酒店内也没羊骆可以拍照。」

「Breakfast was good, there were varieties to foods to choose, served eggs upon request. Room was cleaned and quiet with nice view, walking distance to San Pedro mercado, shops, centrally located. 」

「The hotel is in the historic centre of Cusco, not far from the main attractions in the old town. The room is cosy and comfortable. However, there is some problem with the hot water supply as it goes out very fast.」

「早餐不錯吃 房間很乾淨每天都會打掃 熱水很熱 房間有暖氣 吹風機 基本上該有功能都有 要去馬丘比丘可以把行李寄在飯店 要去彩虹山飯店也可以準備早餐 大廳隨時都有熱的古柯茶可以裝來喝 基本很推薦!!」

「Me preocupaba un poco el que alguien había dicho que su habitación fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. Hubo un día en el que salimos de madrugada para una excursión (algo común) y nos tenían un lunch preparado para el camino. También alguien puso que no había secadora de pelo en las...

「I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference! I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation. It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)」

「是個品質不錯的旅舍 員工人很nice 英文也還OK 還曾經幫忙我們列印資料 另外個人覺得熱水量也足夠 周圍有些洗衣店 然後是在一個坡道上 離廣場還算近 唯一的問題就是員工可能太忙了 有時候處理的工作沒有交接好 像我們有booking機場接送 但結果沒有來... 總體來看是個好旅舍」
