Very great location and rooms were lovely for the price. Loved being able to walk to the plaza de armas and to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, afternoon tea was relaxing, especially w Kiki (the alpaca) wandering the courtyard. Made the trip even more memorable

El servicio es super amable, si no puedes tomar el desayuno por tener una excursión temprano puedes solicitar un lunch a la hora que salgas, muy cerca de plaza de armas y de la estación del tren San pedro.

Clean room and facilities and friendly staff. Great breakfast. However, hot water in the shower was an issue most of the time, which they could'nt fix very easily despite multiple complaints.

Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning.

The hotel was very beautiful. I came as a solo traveller and enjoyed the presence of Kiki the Llama. The hotel was walkable to a lot of things such as groceries, pharmacy and souvenir shops. Breakfast was great and the best part is their hot chocolate. Other then the fridge not work and the rooms being a little cold, it was overall a great stay.

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpfull. Participated in the Ceviche and Pisco Sour classes which were fun and the live band created a great atmosphere. However, have to admit that Kiki stole the show, she was a great adddition and everybody loved her!

Room was comfortable and clean (not updated if you are looking for upscale) but charming. Beware of room assignments if you are a light sleeper (rooms close to the street are VERY noisy at all hours). Staff was very friendly and welcoming :) Breakfast was great, lots of options and they even pack you a togo if requested ahead of time for early tours. Hotel is located in a great location, easy to walk to the square, shops and the market.

Nice quirky place with plenty of steps and ramps,, my biggest gripe was the hot water was a little Better than Luke warm and bathtub really not suitable for tall people. I’m 6 ft 2 After waking all day I love a hot bath to soak my knees The first night was great but there was a lot of noise from Music and other guests the second night. Also there is no ventilation in the room other than a heater fan The temp controls in the room and bathroom weren’t functioning
