Excellent hotel very close to everything within walking distance. Rooms were nice, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed the central lounge, sitting and having tea with Kiki the Alpaca. Highly recommend Union Hotel.

Great place. Highlights were the breakfast, service, and comfort of the beds. Its a bit noisy when people are in the plaza but we never really had a major problem with it. Enjoy the breakfast selection. Staff was amazing.

A lovely space within easy walking distance of plaza, market, dining, and nightlife. Comfortable, clean room with a very welcome heater in the bathroom and filtered water available in room. A wonderful addition was a sweet rescued baby alpaca on the inner patio in very nice , clean living quarters, living her best baby life!

This stay was far beyond what we expected. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff was above and beyond helpful. They had recommendations and advice for every situation which helped us have a great time in the city. The bar and wait staff were also exceptional. There is even an actual alpaca in the courtyard (her name is Kiki) and it is so much fun to watch her antics. I would highly recommend this property. This experience was worth every penny!

Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Giving ideas on the restaurants, calling us transportation and just being helpful in general. Fantastic! The breakfast crew and set up is the real gem with this place. Supper nice people, attentive and the food and coffee is wonderful. Hot water in the shower was a little weak.. But not a deal breaker. I had a little trouble with the room safe when I was sitting it up, but was helped immediately and had no problem after that. This was really one of the best decisions we made in our travel. Its location is literally 20 Solons from everywhere if you don't want to walk. There are a few grocery stores and cafes with in a short walk of the from door. It's hard for me to imagine that I could have made a better choice for my wife and I. Thanks Hotel Cusco.. We wish you peace and prosperity

Amazing hotel. Great staff, beautiful breakfast and to top it all Kiki the llama. A fantastic experience very near the center but quiet enough for a good sleep. Everyone at the desk was fantastic, even if the airport pick up person let us down it didnt ruin the experience at all. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant.

Our stay was wonderful. Kiki's mom was very friendly and made sure we spent time with Kiki as well as take pictures with her. The restaurant staff during breakfast were great too, just make sure you bring change to provide them with a tip. The room that we selected was facing the street and it could be noisy throughout the night but after one night, you get used to the noise. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel stay to others.
