「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati...

「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. The only slight niggle is plugs, not all Italian plug sockets worked with our European adapters and so with multiple devices it was very difficult to charge everything. The pool...

「Fantastic apt style hotel with valet parking just outside most loud shopping streets, under 10min walk to the arena di Verona, right in front of castle museum. 「Super dejligt og familievenligt sted, med børneklub ved den store pool, hjælpsomt personale og pænt og rent område. Roligt efter kl.19/19.30, hvilket er skønt med mindre børn. Lejligheden fungerede perfekt til vores ophold, men størstedelen af tiden blev brugt i poolen samt ture til den nærliggende by og Garda søen」
