Unit Layout

"Maison Gerard" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental of 80 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to one of the property's 2 terraces. The kitchen is fully open to the living space and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first 2 bedrooms each feature 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each is served by its own private shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is a smaller room furnished with 1 French bed and its own shower and WC. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. The property also includes a small garden with a lawn and a porch, completing a versatile and comfortable layout suited to families or small groups.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate comfort is well catered for, with air conditioning available in the living area and electric heating throughout the home for cooler periods.
