“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店 前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“The host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming, and the home itself is beautiful with generous gardens. That said, I found the room quite small – I had to place my suitcase on the bed to open it – and the mattress was very firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep. Because the room is on the ground floor near the front door, I was woken when new guests arrived around midnight. “This is an unusual property full of artifacts in every corner. The room was like walking back in time. Every wall covered in art and antique mirrors with a white irin bed but very comfortable. Due to all the small valuable items I wouldn’t recommend going with toddlers! A pool was a bonus as it was height of summer”
