"We visited in August - There were lots of little amenities that made a big difference! The location is great as well. While two of the three bathrooms are very small, it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom! There are a lot of homey touches and thoughtful amenities, like DVD's and working players, some books, a guest book, which was fun to look through, a binder with all the local activities and dining info, a well-stocked kitchen in regard to appliances, dishes, cutlery etc., a washer and dryer with detergent, a printer (we used it to print the parking passes), room fans, a bike and helmet, a grill (and more). There are several items that would be super handy in the winter, like a drying station for gloves and boots and ski/snowboard storage, a sled etc. Communication was great, instructions for check in and logistics was clear and detailed. Definitely recommend!"

"Problem with hot water and hot tub but respond was quick to fix problem. One of the two units we stayed in had locks on bedroom furniture bathroom cabinets kitchen cabinets and pantry. This is ridiculous in my opinion to pay over 15k and be denied access to furniture to put clothes in, store food etc. I own a condo in orange beach al and do not restrict my visitors from anything in the condo"

"The place and location were great. We had 21 people; adults and children and had plenty of room to move around. They do not let you know that the refrigerators are only turned on right before you arrive so they are not cold enough to store your food. There is a sign on the fridge letting you know that it can take up to 24 hours for the fridge to get to an acceptable temperature and to not touch the temperature yourself. We did let them know that after 24 hours the fridge was still not cold enough, they did send somebody out immediately, but unfortunately even after "the fix" the fridge remained too warm for the remainder of the time, resulting in spoiled food. They asked for feedback and we did let them know but they chose to not believe us saying that the owner had checked the fridge personally before arrival."

"We loved our stay here for spring break. The location was ideal. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for our group to spread out. The layout was ideal for our group with three bathrooms, making it very easy to get ready for the day. The condo came with everything you could need to prepare a meal. We loved the spacious sectional couch for lounging at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again."

"Convenient location. Overall good. Manager didn’t answer bell after waiting 10 minutes but he was in the room behind the office. Saw dusty old under wear in water heater closet. The master bedroom light flashes. By the way we left at 7:15 am, April 5th. "
