"This place was a little worse for wear. The sauna was old, stinky and not ever turned on when I tried to go in it. As much as I love dogs, they were everywhere! Even at the pool/hot tub. Finally, there was no cleaning service the entire three days I stayed."

"Keep in mind ski in ski out depends on weather. One customer held up the front desk asking for a discount because eagle side was too bare. I think it should br obvious that’s it’s not ski in/out all year!"

"Amazingly vast and delicious breakfast. Great ski valet and a short walk across the street to the village gondola. Staff were excellent and always helpful. Pool/spa were excellent. Our room was a unique high efficiency bunk system that did not have much common space for our family but we utilized the lobby level “living room” space for gatherings and meeting with friends. "

"Great unit a short walk to the slopes. Clean and modern. Needs a couple minor fixes such as sticky bathroom door. Roomy space with a great kitchen. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place is so cool and puts a smile on your face. Right by the lake. Perfect cabin cozy feel and the staff is super nice. The bed is sooo comfortable . I just loved it and will book again. "

"We were moving my mother’s belongings for her in a U-Haul, but decided to take a scenic route through the eastern Sierras and have a couple of nice stays on the way. When I pulled up in front to check in, the bell hop seemed annoyed, even condescending that we had pulled up in a U-Haul. He rather snidely informed us that there was no parking for over-sized vehicles, and then directed me to move it to their loading dock doors (the vehicle was not blocking the driveway in front of the hotel). Not satisfied with how I parked the vehicle, he found me inside while checking in and rather rudely asked me for the vehicle key so he could park it as he felt necessary - completely inappropriate demeanor for a first interaction with a client/guest. Later, we ordered food at the hotel bar which turned out to be really disappointing. Even some of the staff made disparaging remarks about the restaurant. Terrible experience for a relatively expensive stay."

"You can't get any closer to the slopes and the gondola for village access. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook most nights and be up early to hit the slopes just across the road. We keep coming back because it can't be beat."
