“We had newer room in the building, it had a lovely kitchen and the view was spectacular Gym was good, grounds were well kept. For me I feel, food selection and meals could be better. Limited and pretty basic food , nothing wow about food, we ate elsewhere on many occasions. Other than that, beautiful beach and quiet location, a bit far from the small town though . ”

“The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay;……

“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“Wasn’t too bad staff was very helpful and informal about things to do outside of the hotel. Only problem is the pool are could be a little better like fixing the jacuzzi it works but no bubbles.”

“Allowed me to exchange my beach towels anytime I wanted, had plenty of other soaps and shampoos available if you lost any during the flight, they asked me if I needed anything every morning at my door, make sure you get there before 10 cause they close the front desk”

“Beautiful grounds with incredible views from all the rooms. We had one of the ocean view rooms that also was above the pool which could be an issue if you’re really sensitive to noise and want to sleep in past 9am. Pool is gorgeous. Beach activities were really fun and you can swim with fish in the water. Gym was awesome. Breakfast was really good- many options on the à la carte menu and you can order whatever you want, would be nice if it was open until 11am (open till 10:30). Staff was really……
