It has a garden and can accommodate up to 6 people.
All mountain activities are nearby.
Equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings, it comprises 3 levels:

➢ Floor 2:
- a twin bedroom with two single beds 90 and a desk;
- a bedroom with a double bed 160 ;
- a shower room with WC and washbasin.

➢ Floor 1:
- one bedroom with a single bed ;
- bedroom with double bed (160cm), desk and magnificent view;
- a shower room with WC, bidet and double washbasin;

➢ Ground floor:
- an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room with table and chairs;
- a lounge to relax in after a day out.

All overlooking a furnished garden with a magnificent view of the Aiguille du Midi.
Please note that the property is above the Route Blanche leading to Chamonix.

The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
