The room smelled like dog and the beds were stiff as a board. We left a pillow behind and there was no easy way for us to contact the property. They outsource their calls for lost items.

I did like how the rooms and bathroom looked. The bad things was our bathroom had some kinda bugs and adding on to that the toilet did not work really good . But the staff was nice and outside looked really nice. But since there was bugs and the toilet needs work we wont be staying there again

The room was not worth $140 per night. Check in lobby was dingy and looked unclean. The rooms need an upgrade and smell like smoke. peeling wallpaper, dirty looking carpet and arrears that have been neglected from cleaning

Dp not rent from these fools because they'll take your hard earned money for a room that is very undesirable and unsafe surroundings snd there conditions are unsafe because sone of the doors don't close.

The room had an overbearing smell of frebreze that caused headaches. While the sheets were clean, the vinyl mattress cover was stained and dirty. The remote for the TV/cable box didn't work. All things considered, one gets what they pay for.

I don’t believe it was fully advertised that this was a motel style stay. The staff was nice and check-in was quick. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room still had a cigarette scent to it. The bathroom was quite small but the mirror and counter size was good. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were the worst part. Each bed only came with two pillows (one for each person on bed) and they were thinner than paper. Not a comfortable sleep at all. Check-out was quick. My friend also purchased a room but we had a wedding so they were unable to check-in until around 10:30pm. When they got there they were told they gave away their room and made them pay an extra $40 to get a different one. That is completely ridiculous when they had a room purchased. I have never experienced that before anywhere else.

This place is a dump, nothing worked. No pool, vending machines with pretzels that expired in 2024. How is this place allowed to be on expedia??? Its horrible that expedia promotes this horribly ran hotel.
