A cozy get away!

We had a great time during our stay! This is such a cozy space, the loft area was lovely and it was so convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Would definitely stay again!

Great pic for Seven Springs!

Everything went as seamless as you could hope for. Very specific check in/check up directions, within a mile or so to the resort, friendly neighbors and a very well maintained property! We will be back soon!!

The accommodations were super fabulous. The amenities such as wifi, cable and roku were an added plus. I loved the comfortable bedding and spacious living areas. The beautiful views from the deck overlooking the hillsides were magnificent and breathtaking. Everything you need in resort style living. I am ready to book my next getaway with you. Thanks Barb for the wonderful stay.

Great ski condo

Very nice property, close to Seven Springs. We had 5 in our group, would be a little small for many more in terms of living room space and dinning. Loft upstairs was nice. Overall had what was needed for the week. Thank you!

Everything was good. The only thing that is different from the description was that we couldn’t find coffee nor dishwasher detergent. Otherwise it is a nice property.

Not a Delightful Experience

Upon arrival, condo was not cleaned from previous guests. We have requested a refund on the cleaning fee and 2 of 3 showers did not work plus had a broken toilet seat which was replaced half way through the visit. With some TLC, it could be a nice place to stay with ample space and a good view. Hopefully, some attention will make this condo a pleasant place to stay in the future.

Location was great, peaceful and quiet

While our trip was full of fun and laughter, there are several things that need attention as listed below. * Our guests in the 1st floor bedroom had not AC in their room, thankfully we had fans that helped some. They were not happy! * The window in the kitchen was cracked and we could not open that window for any fresh air. * One of the kitchen table chair legs was broken which flipped my wife to the floor. She has chronic back pain with many problems so this was a scare. * There were only 2 chairs on the deck but 7 of us, so there were just few that could enjoy the deck. * Also, There was a hornets nest attached to the deck underneath the grill, they didn't like us being out there. So, this prevented us from using the deck as well. * The front door was difficult to unlock. * When we first arrived we were not informed that we need to review the condo information in the binder, therefore it took us a while to get hot water. * There was only 3 ice trays in the freezer so with a group like us, that was definitely not enough. thankfully we brought a small portable ice machine. The condo could really use some upgrades such as the carpet, bathrooms, appliances, etc.

The internet was down when we arrived at the property. The TV's relied on streaming so there was no tv. I called the property manger 3 times, never received a call back. The VRBO assistant responded through VRBO text. The internet was restored the following day. We only stayed 2 days so half of our stay was without tv or internet. We went there to relax and watch football for the weekend. The check-in instructions referred to a condo manual that was to answer questions. We never found this manual. When I asked the VRBO host about it, I never received an answer back. I would not recommend staying at this property. Communication with the host was nonexistent. Very frustrating!!!

Great place

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Bathrooms had unbelievable supply of towels snd wash cloths. Nice tv in family room and master bedroom. Everything was very clean and cute thought the house. Thanks for allowing our dog !! Little extras like tissues and crayons and paper for kids was thoughtful! Enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and using the pool. Liindsey the manager did a great job and was very efficient and helpful. Would like to return someday!

Very nice property that was exactly as presented. Clean, nicely appointed, and a very well equipped kitchen. Lindsay, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive. She’s terrific!!!! We’ll definitely rent this unit again on our annual trips to 7 Springs.

Family Weekend

Overall, the condo was as described. It was well equipped and all appliances were easy to operate. We couldn’t open the window in the downstairs bedroom because the screen is torn and we missed that cool mountain night air. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question about how to operate the shower. Plenty of spaces for adults and kids. Would book again.
